How To Activate your fuel card

Step 1: Download the DRIVEN FOR COMDATA App

Step 2: Create an Account

  1. Open the app and chose the Cardholder Access option.

  2. Click Sign Up and create your account.

  3. Complete the very easy 2-factor authentication setup.

  4. Current users can sign in with their preexisting accounts.

Step 3: Add your card

  1. Click the Add or Apply for Card button at the top.

  2. Enter your card number and click Continue.

  3. Enter your “Cardholder ID or Employee ID” as your company DOT Number.

  4. Finish entering the card details (expiration, security code, card nickname, etc).

Step 4: Complete the cip Check

  1. Enter an EIN or SSN

  2. Enter all the cardholder information and confirm it is correct.

  3. Choose W2 employee or 1099 contractor.

Step 5: Activate your card

  1. You are now ready to activate your card. Click the activate card button on the next screen or visit the Comdata Cardholder Consent Form here:

  2. Enter your company’s DOT Number in the Cardholder ID input field along with the card number for the card you are activating.

  3. Agree to the terms of the card and submit.

Step 6: Activate Multiple cards

  1. To activate multiple cards, revisit the home screen of your Driven app.

  2. Click Add New Card and enter the card details along with your DOT Number as the “Cardholder ID or Employee ID”

  3. Click the activate card button on the next screen or visit the Comdata Cardholder Consent Form here:

  4. Enter your company’s DOT Number in the Cardholder ID input field along with the card number for the card you are activating.

  5. Agree to the terms of the card and submit.
